essence: a values centred partnership with senior leadership to align culture, structure, and strategy across the organisation. usually designed as a multi month engagement that can include executive coaching, strategic advisory, leadership retreats, facilitated sessions with key teams, and support to translate commitments into concrete practices, policies, and ways of working. can be delivered virtually, on site, or as a blended model.

schools of the future: design & transformation pathways
schools and school districts can be spaces for ALL students to experience success. this pathway partners with schools, organisations, and groups to create schools and systems that are spaces of belonging, creativity, and purpose through inclusive design, innovation, and authentic community engagement. the goal is to improve student belonging, well being, achievement, and success, and to create the schools of the future we want for our children and theirs.
essence: multi-month or yearlong partnerships that bring together visioning, design, and implementation support. can also be offered as one or two day retreats or strategic planning sessions focused on future ready schooling, inclusive design, and community anchored visioning. longer engagements can include leadership development, staff capacity building, innovation teams, curriculum and instructional redesign, student and family voice processes, and pilots that allow new approaches to be tested, refined, and scaled. each engagement is co designed to honour local context and community.
